The Arab Center for the Development of the Rule of Law and Integrity in cooperation with the Nile Advisory Group from Egypt and Baker & Odeh foundation from Jordan has prepared two set of questions for a survey targeting the legal community including lawyers, judges and academics, as well as business men, professional associations, trade unions and the public sectors who are concerned in bankruptcy from both Egypt and Jordan. The survey consisted of 42 questions; arranged in a logical order and formulated in a way that can be handled by all the groups who are concerned in the issue, in addition to seven specific questions targeting society organizations in order to determine their connection with the subject of bankruptcy reform. - Jordanian Questionnaire (Available in Arabic) - Egyptian Questionnaire (Available in Arabic)
