Within the framework of the project, the research department at These researches helped on creating a background paper that serves the project objectives. This paper consists of a consolidated presentation of many topics on bankruptcy (around 21 topics ) , including the historical context of the bankruptcy system in addition to the essential legal reforms conducted by several countries, especially during bankruptcy pre- announcement level. In this context, some international approaches were cited (the French and the American) in terms of saving the institution or company’s business instead of bankruptcy.
